Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams, excluding any services that you may choose to associate with the purchase. Delivery charges, taxes or customs duties that may be subject to the purchase. Any such additional costs will appear to you before the last order steps.
When you pay for your order using a payment card in a currency other than AED, the amount paid will be converted to AED at the exchange rate applicable from the card issuer at the time of payment.
Delivery fees, taxes and customs duties (if applicable) will be determined by the destination to be delivered, the products and services selected and the delivery method. Please refer to the Delivery section for more details on delivery options.
Although we have made every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our site and our sources of information are correct, there may be an error. If any error occurs and your request has already been processed, then at our discretion we may:
- Cancellation of the order (or part thereof), agreement with you to return the product (s) that appeared at a price other than its real price by mistake and will be received from the original delivery address for that order within the UAE, and return the full amount paid to you; including delivery charges , Taxes and customs fees (if any) for the original order.
- When the price paid is lower than the real price of the product, you will be reviewed by our customer service to clarify the order to process the order.
- When the price paid is higher than the actual price of the product, then we will notify you as soon as possible and we will not process the order (or any part thereof) until after you confirm your agreement to purchase at the correct price, or otherwise cancel the order (or part thereof) and return the amount paid Fully to you.

- Products must be unchanged, completely unused and intact, and in case they can be resold (or received from us or our agents) in their original packaging / original box / dust-proof case, with all labels Brand and product / Price tags / Care instructions. Authenticity cards, where presented, should also be replaced. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must be still in place;
- Keep in mind the condition of any product’s packaging. Our agents may ask you to preview the product you wish to return at the place of receipt, but this initial inspection is a guarantee that you are entitled to the full amount paid.
- We reserve the right to track returns and reject orders from customers who have high levels of repeat product returns, but nothing in our return section is intended to harm any user rights that they may enjoy under UAE law.
The product will be replaced within 2 days
- If a defect is discovered in the product, it must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the product, otherwise the company is not responsible for the existence of any defects.
- The company does not guarantee breakage or damage resulting from misuse.
- The requested order can also be canceled as long as the request is not processed by calling our customer service (600502008).
