Return & Replacement
- If you receive a damaged order or any of the products are different from your order, then please agree to return the product to us using the return process.
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was received within 2 days of receiving the order.
- If a defect is discovered in the product, it must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the product, otherwise the company is not responsible for the existence of any defects.

- Keep in mind the condition of any product, for example, the safety of the original cover may prevent its resale, which means that we will not be able to refund the full amount. Our agents may ask you to inspect the product to be returned at the place of receipt, but this initial inspection is a guarantee that you will be entitled to the full amount paid by visiting any branch of direct sales.
- We reserve the right to track returns and reject orders from customers who have high levels of repeat product returns, but nothing in our return section is intended to harm any user rights that they may have under UAE law.
By placing your order through our website, you acknowledge and agree that all responsibility for the products lies with the manufacturer, and that we are not ultimately responsible for those products, except as described in the return section regarding the return of the products and the refund of the price paid (where applicable).
Ownership of the products in your order will be transferred to you after one of the following days: (i) the day you paid the full price of those products; or (ii) the day you received the products.
